Eching, February 2025: NOVEXX Solutions presents the XTP 604, a state-of-the-art single card printer designed exclusively for printing cards. With this product, the company is expanding its product portfolio in the field of identification and opens new business areas.
The XTP 604 single card printer with thermal transfer printing impresses with a reliable transport system that – in contrast to roll labels – guides the cards to be printed flat through the printing process. Thanks to the choice of two different stacking systems and options, it is suitable for a wide range of card formats. Furthermore, the XTP 604 can be equipped with RFID technology, which offer additional application possibilities in the field of identification.
Applications:
The XTP can print pre-printed and unprinted cards with individual data. This makes it suitable for a variety of applications:
- Hang tags from the textile industry can be printed with information on price, sizes and care instructions.
- Blister pack cards can be individually printed with a barcode, product information and price to identify small electrical items, tools, cosmetic products or toys.
- Cards and tickets: Whether personalized tickets for events or detailed travel tickets, the XTP 604 enables the printing of names, time stamps and other individual information.
Based on the successful XLP 60x Label Printer, this card printer is equipped with almost all the great functions and convinces especially with:

Highest print quality: 300 dpi resolution and 400 mm/s print speed offer excellent print results with constant ribbon tension.
Maximum user-friendliness: Easy operation, fast ribbon change, tool-free maintenance and easy insertion of new cards for minimal downtime.
Flexibility: Two stacking magazines enable use for small and large print volumes. Both stacking systems can be quickly and easily adapted to the desired card format.
Additional options: External stacking magazine for precise collection, stacking and easy removal of the printed cards. The tag printer XTP 604 also is available with RFID-technology.
