Whether for manufacturing companies or in logistics – thanks to its multi-functionality, the XLP 51x masters almost every label printing challenge and can be integrated into any industrial environment. Using thermal transfer or thermal direct printing technology, it is capable of printing variable and fix data, barcodes and graphics in high quality. This can be realized on a wide range of label materials from 4” (106 mm) to 6” (160 mm) print width. User-friendly features such as a large color display with an intuitive menu navigation, a web interface for remote access and a wide range of additional options make the XLP 51x an all-round device for every requirement.

Great print performance
The choice of numerous print resolutions (200, 300 or 600 dpi) for a wide range of label materials, sizes and shapes make it possible to print even small fonts or demanding barcodes. The permanent ribbon tension also ensures the best printing results.
User-friendly operation
A large color display in combination with an icon driven navigation ensures an intuitive operation. Different backlighting also indicates the machine status. The lift-up print module makes label and ribbon loading quick and easy. A large window provides an overview of the label and ribbon roll filling level at any time.

The XLP 51x’s combination of high print speed, industrial robustness and minimum downtime ensures outstanding productivity and durability. Easy and fast loading of label and ribbon material and a ribbon roll capacity of up to 500m makes the XLP 51x particularly economical.

The webinterface allows remote access, diagnostics and maintenance from any PC or mobile device such as smartphones and tablets. Configurable I/O interfaces also enable flexible adaption and integration.
Easy maintenance
The use of quick shaft coupling print rollers ensures fast and tool-free cleaning. In addition, the open print module enables fast and convenient cleaning of the print head.

The XLP 51x can be ordered with a range of options to meet a variety of requirements:
- With the cutter function, labels are cut precisely and reliably. Individual setting options determine whether cutting takes place after each printed label or a batch of labels.
- With the easy-to install external rewinder, the printed labels are wound and can be further processed for instance with a labeling system.
- The electrical, airless applicator LTMA creates a semi-automatic print & apply solution for products with sensitive surfaces and varying product heights.
- The compact dispenser and internal rewinder solution prints and dispenses labels while automatically rewinding the backing paper inside the printer.
- The textile cutter stacker (TCS) prints, cuts and stacks wash and care labels for the textile and garment industry.
