Inkjet

SAdmin

As soon as dyes are applied in the form of liquid ink or liquefied wax, this is called an inkjet process. Under pressure, a permanent jet of ink is forced through a small nozzle. This creates a jet that consists of a large number of uniform drops per second. The way the inkjet works is based on the physical nature of the drops. Since the drops are electronically charged, they are directed onto the product depending on their charge. They fly through a constant electric field with very high voltages. Drops that are not needed are returned to the ink circuit.
