Regional Sales Manager- Partner Business- France & North Africa (F/M/D)

Your Responsabilities:

- Drive Growth: In collaboration with the Global Sales Director Partner Channel, develop and execute go-to-market strategies focused on multichannel expansion, partner acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability—fully aligned with the French direct sales team.
- Identify Opportunities: Keep a close eye on market trends and identify new business opportunities to expand our partner ecosystem and customer base.
- Build Relationships: Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with key customers, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
- Shape the Future: Provide valuable product feedback and suggest improvements to boost scalability and channel performance.
- Campaign Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the Marketing team to create and execute impactful, partner-oriented campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Partner closely with internal teams including French Sales, Technical Service, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Product Management to ensure a smooth, integrated partner experience.
- Strategic Insight: Use your knowledge of market dynamics and industry trends to deliver actionable insights and long-term growth strategies.
Your Profile:
- A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- A track record of success in technical sales, particularly in solution-oriented environments.
- Experience in Auto ID, logistics, or supply chain industries is a strong advantage.
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills within international settings.
- Proficiency in cloud-based tools and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel internationally is required.
- Fluency in both French and English is essential.
