SERVICE & MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS

Our maintenance contracts are a formal agreement to service and maintain products over an agreed period of time combined with a defined range of quality and performance characteristics (except for accidental damage, abuse by operator or force majeure).

Level 1 includes:
  • Work and travel time of field service technician
  • Defined spares[1]
  • Phone support
  • One inspection per year
  • Installation of new units/machines (three hours installation time for free)
Level 2 inlcudes:
